Your Task Activity Log fills itself in automatically — every task you create, edit, complete, reopen, bin, or restore is logged with its category, status, notes and Key Points, with no typing needed here. This box below is only for something worth reporting that never became a task at all (a call, a meeting, anything off-tracker).

Standing tasks you do every working day (e.g. "Daily NOSTRO account reconciliation"). Describe once — every daily report includes it automatically from then on, with no need to log it again. Uncheck to pause one without losing it.

Mark a day where there's genuinely nothing to do on the tracker. Leave days count as non-working for the "due on a holiday/Sunday" alert choice, and marking one is never logged as activity, so it won't show up in the daily report.

Paste in a report you've already written by hand. The AI will match its style, structure, and level of detail on every future report — the more you add, the closer the match. Only your 3 most recent saved samples are used per report.

Built on this device straight from your entries: every entry completed with ✓ DAR on the date is listed and counted (payments as "Vendor Name: narration", no mail chains), plus entries you moved forward that day, your Fixed Daily Activities and anything in the Activity Log. Entries completed with plain ✓ are left out.

A PIN locks this app on this device. Switching apps or tabs blurs the screen straight away (so it never shows in the app switcher); the PIN is only asked for once you've been inactive longer than the auto-lock time. 5 wrong tries lock the keypad for 30 seconds. Locking or unlocking in one tab applies to every open tab.

All your devices share one set of entries — just paste the same script URL on each. If Google is busy for a moment, sync retries on its own.

Plays when a task goes past its deadline. Tap a name to use it, or ▶ to preview.
